Clinical Observation On Xiangxi Liu Pediatric Massage Treat Spleen Type Diarrhea With Children

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of spleen deficiency diarrhea with children between Xiangxi Liu pediatric massage and traditional massage. It provides guidance for the choose of methods to clinical treatment of children with deficiency of the spleen diarrhea.Methods:60cases spleen diarrhea children were randomly divided into A and B group,30cases in each group. Group A uses Xiangxi Liu pediatric massage therapy.Group B use the traditional massage therapy. Xiangxi Liu pediatric massage and traditional massage therapy both use once a day,5days for one course of treatment, all cases were observed for two courses of treatment.Patients in both groups are marked by severity classification table of the main symptoms of spleen deficiency diarrhea in children before treatment and after two courses of treatment.Results:The significant efficiency rate of Xiangxi Liu pediatric massage treat spleen deficiency diarrhea with children is33.33%,the efficient rate is20%,total efficient rate is90%;The significant efficiency rate of traditional massage group is23.33%,the efficient rate is33.33%,total efficient rate is 73.32%.The comparison of clinical efficacy for both groups were statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The comparison of severity classification of the main symptoms total score difference in two groups of children with spleen deficiency diarrhea was statistically significant differences(P＜0.05). Each main symptom Points of the two groups of children with spleen deficiency diarrhea were statistically:the efficacy of treating the main symptoms which is Shenpi lazy words,physical fatigue, abdominal distention after eating of the deficiency of the spleen diarrhea in children by Xiangxi Liu pediatric massage and traditional massage is equal,the difference was not statistically significant differences (P＞0.05).But Liu pediatric massage is more effective in improving the main symptoms of anorexia and stool disorders in children with spleen deficiency diarrhea than traditional massage,the difference was statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of Xiangxi Liu pediatric massage and traditional massage for children with spleen deficiency diarrhea is significant, but the effect of Xiangxi Liu pediatric massage is more pronounced, which is one of the effective external treatment for children with spleen deficiency diarrhea,it is worth promoting.
