Allergic rhinitis is a disease with symptoms of recurrent nasal obstruction, nasal itching, sneezing, and runny nose, which pertains to BIQIU of TCM. The main pathology of AR is chronic allergic inflammation. Then TCM hold that The main pathology of AR is organs weaknesses and attacking of exogenous evils. And recent Studies show that there is close relationship between brachial asthma (BA) and AR. AR and BA are common co-mobidities. As the incidence of AR increases, it is of significant meaning of treating AR to prevent BA, and improve the life quality of AR patient. How to regulate the immunology balance system is the key of treating AR, which is a difficult problem of medicine.ObjectiveOn the theory about "Distinguish the Symptoms and root in different stages".Through the clinical case, treating the deficient syndromes with the dialectical treatment in stages, observe the change of the clinical symptom and the whole body sign in before and after taking medicine, confirmation the clinical effect of TCM to cure BIQIU with the dialectical treatment in stages.Methods100 patients from the out-patient department of ear,nose and laryngopharynx of Shenzhen hospital of TCM were selected according to strict diagnosis standard. The patients of BIQIU with deficiency were cured with the dialectical treatment in stages. In stage of attack all are treated with tonifying qi and relieving exterior syndrome and phlegm and retained fluid and western medicine for two weeks. Then, all are cured with warming lung, spleen and kidney for four weeks in remission. Confirmation the Clinical effect of therapy plan to cure BIQIU with deficiency patients. Calculating various kinds of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine, and the integral and total integral,using Spss16.0 statistical software according to its own statistical analysis of before-and-after set P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.ResultsSymptoms integral reduce obviously. After six weeks, compared general symptoms after and before treatment has improved obviously, both comparison, P <0.05, there is significant difference. All patients’ symptoms and signs, for example, nasal obstruction, rhinocnesmus, sneeze and nasal discharge became better in varying degrees. Among the 100 patients,51 patients were found to be effective,40 patients were response,9 patients were ineffective and the total effective rate amounts to 91%.ConclusionBased the study, we can deduce that (1)using staging in patients with AR deficiency treatment method has obtained the good curative effect; (2)of this study indicated that when patients clinical symptoms eased after, it is necessary to improve the physique, to reduce or prevent the recurrence of treatment; (3)this study puts forward "evidence-based medicine" is they are therapeutic theory of TCM in clinical use of good, can provide new treatment for clinical treatment of the disease.
