A Intervention Effect Of Bugu Particles And Jian Gu Injection To Osteoporotic Vertebra Compression Fractures

ObjectiveTO explore the treatment of older Osteoporosis Vertebra Compression Fr-actures (OVCFs) with the BuGu Particles and JianGu Injection,include the basicial anti-osteoporosis treatment. And research of the pathology mechanism of action in pain relief, functional recovery on satisfactory results. In order to explore Chinese medicine in OVCFs provide a new method and scientific basis.Methods63 cases meet the criteria were treated by random number table metho-d,31cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in 32 cases. Treatment group uses JianGu Particle, lagent a day, taking two, keep three months. JianGu injection in intramuscular injection JiaJi Acupuncture point (Spines on the left/right side of the 0.5 inch) with one side, total 4ml/once day equal injection the first week, then 2ml each time one day for another two weeks, Unilateral injection point alternately, each side every ot-her day. Control group Salmon calcitonin subcutaneously,50iu/daily for two weeks and then 50iu/(two days) another two weeks, a total of four weeks, a total of four weeks. The oral tr-eatment:Alendronate,10mg po qd、Catrate (Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 Tablets) lpill po qdl、calcitriol 0.25ug po qd for three months, Bolster lmonth, functional exercise guidance. Visual analog pain score(VAS score), Oswestry disability index questionnaire(ODI score) com pared before treatment, lmonth,3months,6months. Bone mineral density eva-luation before treatment,3 months,6 months.Results1. VAS(Visual Analogue Scales cores) in the treatment of one month, three months, six months, inside the group P<0.05, significant difference, indic -ating that the two groups can be effective in improving pain symptoms; between groups p<0.05, and the treatment group scores lower than the control group, indicating improvement resolving pain in the treatment group better.2. ODI (The Oswestry Disability Index) scores in the treatment of one month, three months, six months, inside the group P<0.05, significant difference, in-dicating that the two groups improved spinal motion function within 6 months; between groups P<0.05, and the treatment group scores lower than the control group, indicating improve spinal motion function the treatment group better.3. BMD(bone mineral density) no significant differences inside group in third month、sixth month, significant differences outside groups in sixth month, indicates treatment group better.4. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.9% and the control group was 59.4%, with a significant difference (p=0.03<0.05) by rank sum test statistics, the treatment group better than the control group.Coneuslion1.The BuGu Particles and JianGu Injection in Jiaji Acupuncture and ant-i-osteoporosis can effectively relieve the OVCFs with early symptoms of pain.2.The BuGu Particles and JianGu Injection in Jiaji Acupuncture and ant-i-osteoporosis can significantly improve the spinal motor function recovery at early stage in OVCFs.3. The BuGu Particles and JianGu Injection in Jiaji Acupuncture and ant-i osteoporosis improve the vertebral bone density was not obvious in OVCFs for a short term, probably because of bone metabolic cycle in six months or more, short course related.4. The BuGu Particles and JianGu Injection in Jiaji Acupuncture and ant-i osteoporosis can improve OVCFs clinical cure.
