Clinical Observation Of Treating Osteoporosis Vertebral Compression Fracture By PKP Combined Five-point Support Exercise

Purpose : To investigate and compare the clinical effect of PKP combined with the Five-point support exercise and PKP alone in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture.Methods:From October 2016 to July 2017,52 patients aged 60-82 with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures diagnosed by affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected according to the criteria of diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion.26 patients in the treatment group were treated with PKP combined with Five-point support exercise,while 26 patients in the control group were treated with PKP alone.Cobb angle,height of anterior,middle and posterior edge of injured vertebrae,leakage of bone cement in two groups during operation,VAS-JOA score of lumbar and back pain and X-ray examination of injured vertebrae were followed up one month after treatment.The data were analyzed by statistical SPSS19.0.The clinical effect of PKP combined with five-point support exercise in the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture was analyzed and discussed.Results:1.Contrast results 1 day after operation.VAS and JOA score 1 day after operation.The pain of back and back of the two groups was obviously relieved after treatment.The treatment group and the control group had VA before operation and 1 day after operation.The score of JOA was not statistically significant(p> 0.05).Cobb angle of injured vertebrae 1 day after operation.The Cobb angle of the injured vertebrae in the two groups was not significantly different from that in the control group on the 1st day after operation(p> 0.05).The height of anterior,middle and posterior edge of injured vertebrae 1 day after operation.After treatment,the patients in both groups recovered significantly the anterior and middle height of the vertebral body,and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the height of the anterior,middle and posterior edge of the injured vertebrae 1 day after operation(p> 0.05).leakage of bone cement.There was no statistical analysis of bone cement leakage between the two groups.The significance of science is more than 0.05.2.1 month after Rehabilitation exercise.The height of anterior,middle and posterior edge of injured vertebrae 1 month after Rehabilitation exercise.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the height comparison of the anterior,middle and posterior edge of the injured vertebrae 1 month after operation(p> 0.05).VAS and JOA score 1 month after Rehabilitation exercise.Two groups of patients in 1 month after the waist There was significant difference in VASV JOA score between the two groups at 1 month after operation(p< 0.05).Cobb angle of injured vertebrae 1 month after Rehabilitation exercise.For the improvement of kyphosis,the treatment group was better than the control group.The Cobb angle of the injured vertebrae in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(p< 0.05).Conclusion:the clinical curative effect of the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture with the combination of PKP and Five-point support exercise is obvious.The advantages of rehabilitation exercise and modern minimally invasive technique can recover the height of injured vertebrae and correct kyphosis deformity of spinal column to the maximum extent.It can be used as a first line treatment for osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
