The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Jiaji Point Injection In Treating Intercostal Neuralgia

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical results of by Jiaji Poin t Injection to treat intercostal neuralgia to better understand int ercostal neuralgia clinical work in the future, to provide an eff ective treatment and reaserch thought for the clinical job.Method:Divided 60 intercostal neuralgia cases that meet the diagnosi s and inclusion standards into two groups according to the rand om number table method. There were 30 cases in treatment grou p and 30 cases in control group. Jiaji point injection for the pa tients of treatment group, which medicines including Vitamin B1 2, lidocaine and dexamethasone. Once per day, formulate 7 days as one period. Oral Pregabalin capsules 150mg twice per day a nd 7 days as one period as the control group. Both groups obse rved two periods of treatment. Both groups observed and analyze d the VAS scores and McGill scores before and after the treatm ent. According the change of pain degree to evaluate the clin ical efficacy.and make conclusion by statistical analysis.Results:30 cases of the treatment group and 30 cases of the contro 1 group were successfully completed the test. 1 Effective rate of treatmentThere were 7 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly eff ective,6 cases were improved and 4 cases were ineffective in t he 30 cases of treatment group, the cure and obvious effect ra te was 66.7%, the total effective rate was 86.7%.30 cases of t he control group,4 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly e ffective,7 cases were effective, and 6 cases were ineffective, t he cure and obvious effect rate was 56.7%, the total effective r ate was 80%. Compared to the control group, obvious effect ra te and the total effective rate were higher. but there were no statistically significance between them.2 Compare the VAS scores of before with after treatment in tw o groupsTreatment group and control group respectively before treat ment, after VAS score comparative statistics had significant diff erence (P< 0.05), there were no significant difference between the two groups after treatment on VAS score (P> 0.05).After tre atments,the VAS scores of both groups were improved significa ntly.3 Compare the McGill scores of before with after treatment in t wo groupsCompared the McGill score of the patients of the two grou ps with before treatment and after treatment (P< 0.05), the me an of two groups were all less than before treatment. After two courses of treatment, there was no significant difference betw een the two groups on McGill score (P> 0.05),both groups have significant improvement on McGill scores.Conclusion:Jiaji Point Injection in treating intercostal neuralgia has re markable curative effect.The curative effect of the treatment gro up is better than the control group.
