Objective: To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in preventing deep vein thrombosis after TKA,and to analyze the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on mice with deep vein thrombosis.Methods:(1)Sixty SPF mice were selected to construct a mouse model of deep vein thrombosis,which was randomly divided into four groups:normal group,low-dose group,medium-dose group,and high-dose group.The normal group did not intervene.The low-dose group,the middle-dose group,and the high-dose group were given Buyang Huanwu Decoction 3.9g / kg.d,11.7g / kg.d,35.1g / kg.d,respectively.After 15 days,the tissue tissue fibers of the two groups were counted.Differences between lysogen activator(t-PA),tissue-type fibrinogen activator inhibitor(PAI),coagulation routine(TT,PT),and antithrombin Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ).(2)A total of 120 patients who underwent artificial knee arthroplasty in our department of orthopaedics were randomly divided into the observation group(60 cases)and the control group(60cases),Twice a day;the control group took aspirin 100 mg once a day.The basic data of two groups of patients before surgery,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,drainage volume,blood transfusion,postoperative postoperative time,postoperative week VAS pain score,knee joint function score before and after treatment,comparison of biochemical indexes before and after treatment,and DVT were counted.Rate,adverse reactions,etc.SPSS 17.0 for windows statistical software was used.The measurement data was expressed as mean ± standard deviation(x ±s).Statistical analysis was performed on each indicator by test.Correlation between the indicators was analyzed by Spearman.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.significance.Results:(1)There was a statistically significant difference in the plasma t-PA and PAI between the high-dose group and the medium-dose group,the low-dose group,and the normal group(P <0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the dose,low-dose group,and normal group(P <0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the AT-Ⅲ comparison between the administration group and the control group(P<0.05).(2)There was no statistically significant difference in the basic information(age,gender,surgical site,BMI),surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,drainage volume,and blood transfusion volume between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);There were statistically significant differences in VAS scores in the following week,HSS scores at 7/14/30 days,blood routine at 7 days,D-dimer,the incidence of DVT,and the number of adverse reactions between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)Buyang Huanwu decoction for thrombosis prevention and treatment in mice with deep vein thrombosis can effectively promote t-PA and inhibit PAI production,and the effect can last for a certain period of time.(2)Buyang Huanwu Decoction can effectively improve the quality of life of patients after TKA,prevent the occurrence of DVT,increase HGB content,reduce postoperative pain,and improve knee function of patients.The effect is better than aspirin,and it has Better security. |
