PurposeHemorrhoids is an ancient common disease. "Anal cushions theory" emerge as the times require as people to discuss and study the essence of hemorrhoids. Based on this theory, people invented the PPH, Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids, because of its simple, safe, effective and widely used. But as one of the most common complications of urinary retention after PPH, we must find a good method to solve the problem. Therefore, prevention and treatment of postoperative urinary retention has become a hot topic of research. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the tamsulosin combined with TCM therapy clinical efficacy in the prevention of this complication, provides a method to improve the life quality of the patients.MethodsA random selection of 50 patients with the object of study, using the method of random, contrast, subjects were divided into 2 groups (experimental group, control group). The two group of each 25 people. The control group used conventional hot bladder region, acupoint sticking, ear pressure beans. The experimental group on the basis of the control group received tamsulosin. Observation of 8h after operation in 2 groups were first voiding time, volume number, urethral catheterization, use EXCEL to establish a database, SPSS 21 for statistical analysis.
