| PurposeChronic atrophic gastritis is a common clinical digestive diseases, have a high incidence of low cure characteristics. Tutor Professor Ge Yan’s prescription can enhance the functioning of spleen and promote blood circulation and detoxication, cures the disease. In this study, clinical trials and randomized controlled Weifuchun piece, comparing the efficacy; and through modeling, administration, testing immune and inflammatory factors, cell proliferation index, and the rats gastric biopsy to evaluate the students of stomach pathology improve efficiency, to explore its pharmacodynamic mechanism of action, so as to provide reference for Chinese medicine therapeutic value in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.MethodClinical study:from till January 2013 to December 2014, a collection of cases of chronic atrophic gastritis Second Hospital of Guangdong Province, a total of 60 clinics were randomly divided into treatment group and control group after treatment endoscopy, and take biopsy, performed before and after treatment, symptoms and histopathological score, compared to determine clinical efficacy. Animal experiments:SD rats were divided into six groups: control group, model group, Weifuchun group, born of stomach high, medium and low dose group. By MNNG solution (200ug/ml) in drinking with irregular diet modeling 18 weeks, spleen deficiency syndrome chronic atrophic gastritis model. Rat serum CD4/CD8 ratio, gastric MDA, IL-4, TNF-a content, mucosal PCNA, NF-κB, VEGF protein expression, and light microscopy, electron microscopy rat gastric mucosa pathological changes.ResultsClinical study:diagnosis and treatment of stomach after birth for gastric histological improvement is curative. Especially raw reversal effect of stomach gastric glands shrink significantly in the treatment group Weifuchun comparison group were significantly different (P<0.01). On the improvement of clinical symptoms, the cure rate, efficiency of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Animal experiments:gavage nine weeks after detection of CD4/CD8 ratio in the serum, raw stomach high dose with the model group with significant difference (P<0.05). MDA in gastric mucosa of rats in each group, IL-4, TNF-a content, raw stomach high dose group reduced MDA levels, there was significant difference (P<0.05) with the model group; raw stomach prescription high dose group liter there are differences (P<0.05) higher levels of IL-4, with the model group; the high-dose group reduced levels of TNF-a, there was significant difference (P<0.05) with the model group. By measuring the protein could prompt each dose group reduced to varying degrees PCNA, NF-κB, and increase the expression of VEGF, play an anti-inflammatory effect on the gastric mucosa repair. In the light microscope and transmission electron microscope to observe the effect of each treatment group was further confirmed.ConclusionIt turns out that our prescription to CAG can reverse the shrinking gland. The animal experiment shows that it can also regulate the immune system and stop the inflammation’s role in facilitating the mutation to Precancerous lesions. Therefore, this prescription and method can be widely used in treating CAG. Statistical difference was shown. |
