Objective:To study acupuncture combined with acupoint sticking and ordinary acupuncture treatment of liver-qi stagnation depression, observe the clinical effect and safety. Methods:The method of randomized and controlled was applied in the study. Press 1:1 ratio randomly assigned to acupuncture combined with acupoint application in the treatment group and a control group of ordinary acupuncture groups, 30 cases in each group. The same points for both group were:Yintang, Shuigou, Shenmen (double), Neiguan (double), Taichong (double), Ququan (double). The treatment group is completed after each acupuncture affixed Ganshu (double), Xinshu (double), Qimen (double), indwelling peeled off after 4 hours. It was treated every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and rest at weekend, and the course for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, the therapeutic effect was mainly estimated by two scales, Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and depression self rating scale(SDS). Clinical curative effect to Hamilton points rate is seen as an evaluation scale. The data statistical software SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:① The gender、age、disease duration、HAMD, SDS of the two group before the treatment were compared, the results state that there were no statistical significant (P>0.05), showing that the baseline of the two group was balanced.② The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%, and 5 cases were clinically controlled,17 cases were marked effective,3 cases were effective,5 cases were no effective; the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%, and 3 cases were clinically controlled,10 cases were marked effective,7 cases were effective,10 cases were no effective. The difference was statistically significant between two group in the clinical effect (P<0.05), suggesting that acupuncture combined with acupoint sticking shows a superior clinical effect.③ After a course of treatment, the treatment group and control group could reduce the HARD and SDS score, difference was statistical significant within groups (P<0.05);difference was statistical significant between groups (P<0.05), the treatment group shows a’advantage than the control group in reducing the HARD, SDS score after the treatment. Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with acupoint sticking can effectively reduce the Hamilton scale, self rating depression scale score, and obviously improve symptoms, with safy and reliability, and no significant adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
