The Research On Optimized Design Of Performance Appraisal System Of The MZ Rehabilitation Special Hospital Of Beijing

To establish a scientific and reasonable hospital performance appraisal system, has positive significance for deepening the reform of medical health system and fully realize the goal of that everyone will have access to basic medical and health services. At present, the hospital performance appraisal as an important part of hospital operation management, has become a strong gripper for excited energy, strengthen supervision, promote the hospital healthy and sustained development. The MZ rehabilitation special hospital of Beijing as the research object, optimized design of its performance appraisal system has important theoretical and realistic significance in this paper.Based on the theory and practice of hospital performance appraisal at home and abroad, we analyzed the basic conditions and the status quo of the performance appraisalof the MZ rehabilitation special hospital of Beijing. Moreover, we pointed out the existing problems and the insufficiency. Then, we analyzed the causes of performance appraisal system optimization design of the MZ rehabilitation special hospital of Beijing by the Interpretative Structural Modeling. The results showed that the performance appraisal system of the hospital is not reasonable is the root cause of sustainable development ability is insufficient and existing many problems or risk. Then, using the performance appraisal system of the MZ rehabilitation special hospital of Beijing has been optimized design by analytic hierarchy process. The original performance Appraisal Indicators was optimized from 119 to 98, that make the performance appraisal system of hospital become more reasonable. Finally, based on the above research results we put forward some safeguard measures of performance appraisal system for the MZ rehabilitation special hospital of Beijing.
