Performance appraisal is an indispensable management tool in modern hospitals.It is a management system that measures,appraise and influence employees' work performance,and is an important activity of management communication between managers and employees.In this paper,we define the responsibilities,quantify the assessment criteria,and evaluate and measure employees' behaviors and outcomes in the process of work through scientific and systematic methods and principles.Research shows that the implementation of post management in practice,a clear assessment of key indicators,establish the reasonable and fair performance appraisal system and incentive mechanism to form a virtuous circle,let employees spontaneously to keep step with fast forward strategic objectives,to explore a scientific and effective performance management,has important practical significance for the reform and development of public hospitals.
