| Objective: 1.Objective evaluation of the effectiveness, safety of tian gou qian yang soup in treatment of Hyperactivity Hypertension,and the cura tive effect difference in traditional Chinese and the current western Medici ne Intervention Model on Hyperactivity Hypertension.2.Preliminary discussion on the establishment of traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention Model O n hyperactivity hypertension available for promotion, It makes Pressure co ntrol fast and steady, at the same time reduce the adverse reaction of W estern medicine caused, exert the advantage of Chinese Medicine, improv e the treatment of hyperactivity hypertension. Methods: By using the met hod of multi center, randomized, uxtaposed, 80 patients met the test stan dard of patients were randomly divided into western(Morning 07:00 oral Levamlodipine besylate tablets 2.5mg and Telmisartan Tablets 80mg) and Chinese(plus caplendus tian gou qian yang soup) medicine treatment gro up, clinical observation of 4 weeks. The following is the observation of curative effect index: Before and after treatment in patients with 24h/ Da y and night average systolic pressure/ Diastolic compliance rate/ Clinical symptoms before and after treatment of TCM. The following is using a statistical test data in clinical trials: T test was used to meet the measure ment data of normal distribution, The rank sum test for is not in confor mity with the measurement data of normal distribution; Enumeration data were compared using X2 test or the exact probability method. The rank sum test for count data level data, And in the blood, urine routine and liver kidney function, electrocardiogram as the security index evaluation. Results:1.Pressure control effect: â‘ Control blood pressure of 24 h,the we stern medicine treatment group total effectiveness 80%,but The Chinese medicine intervention group, the total efficiency of 97.5%(P<0.05), there i s significant difference, The Chinese medicine intervention group was bett er than western medicine treatment group. Control diurnal blood pressure, the western medicine treatment group total effectiveness 80%,The Chines e medicine intervention group, the total efficiency of 95%(P<0.05), The Chinese medicine intervention group was better than western medicine tre atment group. Control nocturnal blood pressure, the western medicine trea tment group total effectiveness 77.5%, The Chinese medicine intervention group, the total efficiency of 95%(P<0.05), The difference was statistical ly significant, The Chinese medicine intervention group was better than western medicine treatment group. â‘¡Blood pressure drop:Both western medicine therapy group and traditional Chinese medicine intervention gro up can lower blood pressure, but there is significant difference(P<0.05),T he Chinese medicine intervention group reduced the amplitude is superior to western medicine therapy group. 2. Two groups of patients with clinical observatio n period, there were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:The exact effect of tian gou qian yang soup combined with western medicine on Hyperactivity Hypertension, both western medici ne therapy group and traditional Chinese medicine intervention group can lower blood pressure, but the Chinese medicine intervention group was better than western medicine treatment group.
