Secondly you make it into lcm*lcm cake, Thirdly you stick cakes on RN8and double (BL17, BL20, BL21,),this treatment is applied for3hours, The end of point application will be for acupuncture, acupuncture points:double(ST36, ST37, LR3, SP6). Depth:10mm to30mm. Time:20min. The control group only do acupuncture treatment and acupuncture point is identical with the treatment group, the daily treatment time:the treatments would be started within12hours after the laparoscopic surgery and were having once a day.3. Observation were the time of first time for bowl sound, the time of the recovery of the digestive system and every symptoms of patients.Results: 1) Basing on the statistics analysis, and P>0.05,The two groups are similar in height, weight and time of surgery and so on, it is concluded that the two groups are comparable in clinical datas before treatment.2) By means of the total symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment, Basing on the statistics analysis, and P<0.05, it is concluded that the two groups the symptoms total score has the difference, two groups all can improve gastrointestinal function.3) Treatment group and control group has an effect on the recovery of gastrointestinal function, the treatment group of exhaust defecation time shorter than control basing on the statistics analysis(P<0.05), it means that the differences between the two groups significantly. Basing on the statistics analysis(P<0.05), the two groups of gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, abdominal distension, abdominal pain which were improved after treatment.The treatment group is better than the control group on improving gastrointestinal function.4) According to the evaluation method for the nim horizon, it is concluded that in the control group were healed1person,17cases powerfully and12cases effectively, the treatment group were healed2patients,21patients powerfully and7patients effectively.Conelusion:Acupoint sticking combined with acupuncture is available to the recovery of digestive system of patients who were having spleen Yang deficiency type before a laparoscopic surgery. meanwhile the time of the first exhaust defecation would be short and various symptoms improved obviously.
