The Study Of Preoperative Specufucation DR Sheet For The Total Hip Replacement

Objective:Explore the guiding significance of the film template measurement in the total hip replacement through the preoperative specification computer X-ray 1:1 sheet (DR) production.Methods:Date of 52 patients undergoing primary total hip replacement were collected in the department of articular surgery of the fourth affiliated hospital between Dec 2013 and Oct 2014. All of the preoperative pelvic radiographs were made into 1:1 size. Preoperative templating measurement was conducted to determine the prosthesis models. And comparing with the actual prosthesis size was conducted to assess the accuracy of preoperative templating measurement.Results:The predicted sizes of the prosthesis corresponded well with the actual ones. The cup size of the prosthesis completely matched the actual ones in 34 patients (65.4%), and the variation was within 1 size in 15 patients(28.8%) and ≥2 sizesin.3 patients(5.8%). In 94.2% cases, the aceuracy of preoperative templating were good.The stem size of the prosthesis completely matched the actual ones in 30 patients (57.7%), and the variation was within 1 size in 18 patients (34.6%) and ≥2 sizes in 4 patients (7.7%). In 92.3% cases, the accuracy of preoperative templating were good.Conclusion:The preoperative template measurement can accurately anticipate the type of the prosthesis, There are important guiding significance for total hip arthroplasty.
