Background:Ischemic necrosis of femoral head is one of the commondiseases in clinical work, for various reasons most can not gettimely treatment, pathological changes gradually developmentleads to the hip joint damage, joint space narrow, osteoarthritis,eventually because of the loss of joint function were forced tohip arthroplasty. Joint replacement surgery with improvingtechnology and production process of the material after hiparthroplasty has been greatly improve satisfaction. Artificial hipreplacement surgery, preoperative design templatemeasurement is the basis of the successfully completedsurgery, obtain good effect. THA prosthetic design andmatching is to realize the ideal of mechanical transmission andobtain the key to long-term stability, the basis of prosthesis andbone match directly affects the effect of surgery. In recentyears, along with the continuous renewal of imaging equipment,more and more hospitals by using the computer X-rayphotography, digital X-ray photography and other advanceddigital imaging equipment THA preoperative digital templatemeasurement, greatly improve the accuracy of thepreoperative design, but by digital template for preoperativedesign there are still some error. This paper hope through the preoperative measurement and intraoperative use false body,a comparative analysis of error sources.Objective:This topic through the analysis of the controlled studies THAintraoperative use false size, template with preoperative digitalmeasuring false body shape, the size of the difference, discusslateral femoral rotation relations with THA preoperative digitaltemplate measurement accuracy, and may lead to the causes ofmeasurement errors. Guidance to improve THA preoperative digitaltemplate measurement accuracy, reduce intraoperative excessivespeculation, clear in the placement of implants, and obtain goodoperation effect.Methods:This topic the controlled studies from October2012toSeptember2013were included in the standard between cases,according to the rotation of the femur activity will be assigned to thestandard and Fixed extorsion group, standard flat piece and fixedXuanPing films respectively, then used TraumaCad2.0digitaltemplate preoperative measurement software. Records of twogroups of cases of preoperative measurement using digitaltemplate false number size and intraoperative application of falsebody size.
