Leg length difference in the3D group-1.8±3.6mm (-8-4mm), in a2D group1.37±6.4mm (-9-13mm)(P <0.0001), two methodsthere is a significant difference, statistically significant。Conclusion: THA preoperative planning in case conditions allow,3D computerpreoperative planning than traditional2D template preoperative planning to have ahigher accuracy.3D planning report accuracy than many scholars have reported theresults is very good, especially in the restoration double leg length discrepancy (LLD)and restoration of femoral offset on THA preoperative planning and design,three-dimensional reconstruction techniques a very good option, it can be detectedby the difficulties likely to be encountered in the surgery, preoperative good plansand thus better choice the phantom plant, improve the clinical efficacy andpreoperative planning of radiation is not a problem, patient exposure to the radiationdose may be very low and does not affect the patient’s body.
