Purpose:To analyze postoperative effect and related factors in cataract patients with high myopia after phacoemulsification.Methods:63 patients (87 eyes) with high myopia complicated cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation, patients were followed up for 3 months, were measured in patients with best uncorrected distance visual acuity(BUDVA),best corrected distance visual acuity(BCDVA) and fundus examination.BCDVA divided <0.3 and ≥0.3 two levels, and analysis ages, time history of myopia, preoperative axial length, preoperative corneal astigmatism, preoperative corneal refractive error, posterior vitreous detachment, posterior staphyloma and maculopathy on the postoperative efficacy by Logistic regression. Results:The postoperative BUDVA was<0.3 in 38 eyes (43.68%) and ≥0.3 in 49 eyes (56.32%).The postoperative BCDVA was< 0.3 in 23 eyes (26.44%) and ≥0.3 in 64 eyes (73.56%).maculopathy(OR:8.06,95%CI: 1.75~37.07),serious corneal astigmatism(OR:3.87,95%CI:1.20~12.48) and long axial length(OR:1.50,95%CI:1.09~2.06) were independent risk factors for failure to achieve good postoperative BCDVA,other factors can not be considered to be independent factors affecting postoperative BCDVA.Conclusion:It is safe and effective to performe Phacoemulsification for cataract with high myopia, postoperative visual acuity was improved in different degree, accompany with maculopathy and serious corneal and long axial length were the independent influence factors of cataract patients with high myopia achieving poor postoperative effect after phacoemulsification, influence intension:maculopathy> serious corneal astigmatism> long axial length.
