In recent years, nervous physician-patient relationship, Doctor-patient Conflict, has become the focus of attention of the society. The core problem of the Doctor-patient Con-flict is a conflict of interest, root knot is not balanced allocation of health resources in China, the medical and health system reform,not completely, health legal system is not perfect. The conflict between doctor and patient in the radical reform of the medical system in the event of slow progress, conflict between doctor and patient groups with high incidence, has had a serious impact to social stability.
