"Neck Ten-point Needling" Comprehensive Therapy In The Treatment Of Mixed Type Cervical Spondylosis Research

Objectives Observation “neck ten-point needling” comprehensive therapy treating mixedtype cervical spondylosis clinical symptoms, signs and imaging’s effect and improve, tofurther explore the clinical curative effect and mechanism of action, provide exactcurative effect for clinical treatment of mixed type cervical spondylosis, strongoperability, suitable for popularization and application’s new therapy.Methods This study in July2012to February2014regions in the people’s liberationarmy255hospital outpatient clinic of mixed type cervical spondylosis (mainly nerve roottype and vertebral artery type) patients as the research object, by random groupingmethod is divided into“neck ten-point needling” treatment group and proprietary chinesemedicine group.20days for a course, if not cured after one course of treatment, rest in3~5days to2course of treatment. With changes of symptoms, signs, imaging,TCD beforeand after the treatment, compared between treatment group and control group.Results Two groups of patients in age, gender, course of the disease, signs and symptomsintegral aspect compared before treatment, there was no significant difference(P>0.05).To improve the treatment group and control group after treatment symptoms integral,there are significant difference(P<0.05). Two groups of symptoms integral comparisonhave extremely significant difference (P<0.01),also has a significant improvement onimaging and TCD. Treatment group (15cases got clinical cure,15cases had markedeffect,6cases were effective, invalid in3cases)total effective rate was92.2%; Controlgroup(clinical recovery in6cases,10cases had marked effect,8cases has effectively,7were no effect) the total effective rate was77.4%; The total effective rate in treatmentgroup compared with control group (P<0.01), there is extremely significant difference.Displays“neck ten-point needling” group of mixed type cervical spondylosis treatmentcurative effect is best.Conclusions “Neck ten-point needling” comprehensive therapy in the treatment of mixedtype cervical spondylosis clinical efficacy significantly, can significantly improve thepatient’s symptoms and signs, and “neck ten-point needling”comprehensive therapy issimple、safety and suitable for popularization and application in clinic.
