Objective To describe the overall mortality in Zibo City from2010to2012, analysisresidents of the cause of death, research on the disease burden of disease caused by thecity’s population, and provide reference for disease prevention and control measures.Methods Information from the coroner reports China Disease Prevention and Controlsubsystem retrieval system from2010to2012with all of the deceased cases in Zibo Cityresidence information was collected, including crude mortality, standardized mortality,death causes of death and other indicators to describe the overall status of the population;software analysis using SPSS19.0average life expectancy of the population; usingDALYs indicators studied the city’s population burden of disease; would combinationDALYs and human capital, the use of GDP data to calculate indirect economic burden.Results1During2010to2012, the crude mortality rate was678.08/10million, thestandardized mortality rate was504.34/10million people. Infant mortality rate was4.23‰,5mortality rate for children under the age of5.44‰, the maternal mortality rateof15.19/10million people.2During2010to2012, before the five causes of death werecancer, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, injuries, and chronicrespiratory disease. The top five causes of death deaths accounted for89.30%. Sixth totenth causes of death were endocrine nutritional and metabolic diseases, neuropsychiatricdisorders, digestive diseases, urogenital system diseases and infectious diseases. Deathbefore10causes of death accounted for95.94%.3During2010to2012, Zibo City,24,025cancer deaths, accounting for27.93%of all deaths, cancer became the first causeof death. Cancer mortality was189.36/10million, the standardized mortality rate was149.91/10million people. Died in2012than in2011constituted by0.14%in2011compared to2010increased by0.52%; mortality rate in2012than in2011increased by1.09%, in2011compared to2010increased by3.06percent. In the five causes of deathare lung cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, colon cancer, esophageal cancer.4Zibo Cityfrom2010to2012the average life expectancy for the whole population79.81years male77.02years, female82.87years for women than men. Greater impact on the life of themain cardiovascular disease, cancer, cerebrovascular diseases, injuries, chronicrespiratory disease, eliminate the above effects can be increased life expectancy of5.51 years,4.04years,2.66years,1.41and1.18years old.5Burden of disease from2010to2012in Zibo City residents caused by various diseases as82.1DALYs/1000populationseriously affect the health of the population in Zibo City were neuropsychiatric disordersdiseases, cancer, infectious diseases, injuries and cardiovascular disease.62010-2012Zibo City indirect economic burden caused by various diseases were34.766billion yuan,39.664billion yuan,45.442billion yuan, accounting for12.13%of GDP respectively inZibo City,12.09%and12.77%. Indirect economic burden caused by various diseases,and malignancies highest, followed by mental disorders, infectious diseases, injuries andcardiovascular disease.Conclusion Cancer, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, injuries, chronicrespiratory diseases and other chronic non-communicable diseases are the major cause ofdeath in Zibo City population, the number of deaths caused by chronic diseasesaccounted for87.59%of the total deaths. Three-year period, cancer deaths constitute thetotal death and mortality increased year by year, became the first cause of death inmalignant tumors of the city’s residents. Zibo City, the average life expectancy in2010higher than the national per capita average life expectancy of5.01years old.Neuropsychiatric disorders in the total burden of disease in Zibo City. in the indirecteconomic burden of cancer caused by various diseases is the highest.
