Application Of Zhongjing’s Method Of Activating Blood Circulation And Removing Blood Stasis In The Threatened Abortion

Objective: This paper systematically studies the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,focusing on the correlation between blood stasis and fetal movement disturbance,and the ideological characteristics of Zhongjing’s treatment of gestational disease,aiming to reveal and summarize the prescription and medication rules of Zhongjing’s method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the threatened abortion,so as to provide literature and theoretical basis for clinical application of the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in fetal protection.Methods: Through the relevant ancient literature and modern literature review and collation,the full text is divided into four sections.In the first part,Taking the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis as the breakthrough point,through the screening of the related discussions 、Prescriptions and medicines of the theory of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in Treatise on the Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,and consulting the related literature and classics of the theory of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis of later generations,the historical origin and characteristics of Zhongjing’s method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are discussed and analyzed by means of sorting,analyzing and summarizing.In the second part,through sorting out the correlation between blood stasis and fetal movement disturbance,From the perspective of women are based on blood,we discussed the physiological characteristics of women’s pregnancy and the etiology and pathogenesis of fetal movement disturbance and clinical manifestation caused by blood stasis.In the third part,by studing the original text of "pregnancy disease chapter" in the Synopsis of Golden Chamber,we analyzed the characteristics of Zhong Jing’s Thoughts on the treatment of pregnancy diseases,to explore the specific application of Zhongjing’s huoxue Huayu method in pregnant women with threatened abortion.The fourth part mainly expounds Professor Fu’s Exploration on the application of Zhongjing’s method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of threatened abortion,and through the sharing of typical cases to confirm the practicality and effectiveness of using Zhongjing’s method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to protect the fetus,so as to provide reference for peers.Results: 1.Zhang Zhongjing created the name of blood stasis,clarified the symptoms of blood stasis,summarized the etiology and pathogenesis of blood stasis,established the treatment method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and carefully selected and skillfully used the prescription of removing blood stasis and developed the dialectical treatment of activating blood and removing blood stasis.2.Zhong Jing inherited and carried forward the academic thought of "It’s harmless for a reason,so it’s harmless" in the Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor,and explained the rule of the syndrome and treatment of pregnancy and fetal disturbance by clinical practice.His idea of "removing stasis and relieving the fetus" was ingenious and the prescription was effective.3.Combined with the scientific research progress of modern diagnosis and exploration on clinical application of my tutor,it proves that the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is scientific and practical,which is worthy of further exploration and arrangement and better application in clinical practice.Conclusion:1.The differentiation and treatment system of Zhang Zhongjing’s method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis has a long history,rich and perfect theories,and complete prescriptions and medicines.It is of high academic value.2.The prescriptions for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the "Pregnancy Diseases" of the Golden Chamber have been used for more than two thousand years,which still has important reference value for guiding the clinical treatment of fetal restless diseases nowadays.3.The tutor,Fu zhihong Professor follow Zhongjing’s method,elaborates on medical theory,takes Qi and blood as the general principle to treat pregnancy sickness,flexibly applies the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on the basis of distinguishing diseases and syndromic symptoms,When this syndrome appears,use this medicine,and has achieved remarkable results.
