After leaving hospital, the treating one tse medicine forcring tuberculoses and Cheinese patent drug, which have the efficine of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stases (xuefu zhuyu electuary, I hag bu omce, three timis a day),and the comparing one just use medicine for curine for curing tuberculosis.The course of treatment is eight weeks more or less seven days.The observing targets ate the chage of TNF-a’ FIB, cunction of lungs,pleura’s thichness between the two teams btfore and after the therapv. Results:1.In the field of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect:before the treatment, there is no remarkable discrepancy of main symptom between the two teams,(p>0.05). After therapy, there is Significant difference between the two teams,(p<0.05).In the comparing team, there are just some aspects like cough> breathe hurried> having fevers and emptysis, having Significant difference,comparing with before the treatment, and the other aspects have no Significant difference. This explain that the only way of using conventional treatment of western medicine just improving part of the symptoms of1uiKTcul ous plouril i s, but combim with Chinese patent drug, which have the efficiency of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, can improving the may symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine. Meantime, in the contrast of the two teams,the treating team make all the symptoms improving, except the symptoms like breathe hurried and having fevers (p<0).05).After the treatment, the treating team’s traditional Chinese medicine curative effect are better than comparing one’s.The same, the number and rate of efficacious are more higher(p>0.05).All above prove that in the aspect of improving traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, the treating team is better than comparing one.1.
