524Cases Analysis Of Tracheal, Bronchial Foreign Body And Health Management Countermeasures

Objective:A comprehensive understanding of the trachea, bronchus foreign body in the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment. Establishing the health management countermeasures to prevent tracheal, bronchial foreign body trachea. Method:A systematic review of department of Otorhinolarygology the First Affiliated Hospital524cases of tracheal, bronchial foreign body were age, sex, clinical manifestations, image observation, diagnosis and treatment programs from2003March to2013March. Results: The disease was in the majority with young children (less than5years old). Looking from foreign body types within5years old children was given priority to with organic foreign body (diameter smaller nuts plant foods, such as melon seeds, peanuts, etc.), more than6years of age was given priority to with inorganic foreign body (special foreign body, such as:mysterious, pins, etc.). The disease in bronchoscopy surgery was the main treatment way. A few short diameter of small foreign bodies could use fiber bronchoscopy. If bronchoscopy was difficult to remove foreign bodies, thoracotomy was required. Very few patients were free to expectorate. Establishing and advocating health management strategies can effectively prevent foreign matter occurs. Conclusion:Timely diagnosis and identify the foreign body position, making preparation for the operation, choosing the right way of anesthesia and surgery can improve the trachea or bronchus smooth out rate. Establishing health management measures and enhancing the guardian care and safety education and promotion can reduce the incidence of trachea or bronchus foreign body.
