Purpose:To study the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT three-dimensional imaging(MDCT)and post-processing techniques in children with suspected respiratory foreign bodies,To demonstrate the superiority of MDCT and post-processing methods in the diagnosis of respiratory foreign bodies in children,this technology has been widely used in clinical practice to enable children's respiratory foreign bodies to be accurately diagnosed as soon as possible.To prevent children from being misdiagnosed as foreign matter in the respiratory tract,such as pneumonia or asthma,to reduce the number of deaths due to the disease.Methods : A retrospective analysis of 64-slice spiral CT three-dimensional imaging(multidetector CT,MDCT)and multiplanar reconstruction(MPR)and And Virtual Endoscopy VE and mininum intensity projection Min IP.was performed on 200 patients with suspected respiratory foreign bodies from January 2015 to June 2017 in the Children's Hospital of Anhui Medical University.,Then bronchoscopy was performed to obtain foreign body,and the results obtained during the operation were compared with the results of MDCT and post-processing to obtain the consistency,sensitivity and specificity of MDCT and post-processing techniques in the diagnosis of children's respiratory tract and Comparing MDCT and three post-processing techniques.Result: 184 cases of positive children were detected by bronchoscopy with MDCT post-processing technique,and 179 cases were exogenous foreign bodies,and 5 cases were obstructed by hemorrhoids(endogenous foreign bodies).Sixteen patients diagnosed as having no foreign body by MDCT post-processing technique underwent bronchoscopy,and one patient had foreign body.The foreign body was located in glottic fissure(watermelon spermoderm),and the remaining 15 patients had no foreign body;Children's respiratory foreign body diagnosis sensitivity 99.4%,specificity 75%.After statistical analysis,there was no significant difference in the detection rate of foreign bodies between MDCT post-processing techniques and bronchoscopy(P>0.05).After MDCT examination and post-processing,the specific location and density,size and shape of foreign body can be known before surgery.The surgeon can select the appropriate surgical tools and instruments before surgery.It is conducive to the successful removal of foreign bodies and reduces Incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications.Compared with other imaging examination,MDCT post-processing technology has its obvious advantages.Conclusion: Although MDCT and post-processing techniques cannot be used to treat bronchial foreign bodies,it is comparable to bronchoscopy in the diagnosis of bronchial foreign bodies.It is especially suitable for children with indefinite history of foreign body infiltration,long cough and wheeze,and poor anti-infective treatment..By comparing the accuracy of the three foreign materials after detecting the foreign objects,the conclusion is that the MPR has the best diagnosis effect,followed by the CT virtual endoscopy imaging technology CTVE(CT virtual endoscopy).Perform MDCT and post-treatment before surgery to make bronchoscopy available and at the same time avoid unnecessary surgical trauma.At the same time,it can guide the key points of bronchoscopic surgery,and can guide the perioperative concurrent Treatment and treatment of the disease to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion: Although MDCT and post-processing techniques cannot be used to treat bronchial foreign bodies,it is comparable to bronchoscopy in the diagnosis of bronchial foreign bodies.It is especially suitable for children with indefinite history of foreign body infiltration,long cough and wheeze,and poor anti-infective treatment..By comparing the accuracy of the three foreign materials after detecting the foreign objects,the conclusion is that the MPR has the best diagnosis effect,followed by the CT virtual endoscopy imaging technology CTVE(CT virtual endoscopy).Perform MDCT and post-treatment before surgery to make bronchoscopy available and avoid unnecessary surgical trauma.At the same time,it can guide the key points of bronchoscopic surgery,and can guide the perioperative concurrent Treatment and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.
