| Objective:To study the value of ultrasonography and mammography in diagnosis of mucinous carcinoma of breast. Method:Choose59patients of mucinous breast carcinoma with histologically confirmed between2010-2013, all patients had ultrasonographic and mammographic exam.Result:35cases were pure mucinous carcinoma,while26ones were mixed mucinous carcinoma. The detection rate of mammography Was73.7%compared with67.2%of ultrasound. The detection rate of combining two methods was significantly higher than that of only one, the detection rate could reach83.6%Conclusion:The instinct histological charicteristics of the breast mucinous carcinoma leads to the lower detection rate of ultrasound compared with mammography. Combined two methods can increase the detection rate of breast mucinous carcinoma. |
