ObjectiveBy retrospectively analyzing the correlation between the clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer and the axillary lymph node metastasis,it provides scientific and standardized clinical decision-making for its diagnosis and treatment.MethodsCase data of 125 patients diagnosed and treated with MBC between 2007 and 2017 were identified,and randomized collection of 980 cases of non-special type of invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC-NOS)in axillary lymph node metastasis.To analyze the clinicopathological characteristic of different MBC types,compare the MBC and its classification with the axillary lymph node metastasis of IDC-NOS,and study the effect of clinicopathological characteristic of MBC and its classification on axillary lymph node metastasis.ResultsThe pathological characteristic of MBC often showed early pathological stage,lower histological grade,less axillary lymph node metastasis,less ER negative,less PR negative,less high Ki-67 expression,and less Her-2positive.Compared with the case data of patients with PMBC and MMBC,thehistological grade of PMBC patients was lower(P=0.036),and the lymph node metastasis rate was lower(P=0.001).Compared with IDC-NOS,MBC axillary lymph node metastasis rate was lower than IDC-NOS,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);PMBC compared with IDC-NOS,PMBC axillary lymph node metastasis rate was lower than IDC-NOS,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000);MMBC compared with IDC-NOS,MMBC axillary lymph node metastasis rate was similar to IDC-NOS,the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.866).The clinicopathological characteristic of MBC were analyzed for axillary lymph node metastasis,ER negative(P=0.011),high Ki-67 expression(P=0.000),Her-2 positive(P=0.000),and high histological grade(P=0.014)is associated with MBC axillary lymph node metastasis;Analysis of the clinicopathological characteristic of PMBC in the axillary lymph node metastasis,ER negative(P=0.048),Ki-67 high expression(P=0.040)and PMBC axillary lymph node metastasis;The clinicopathological characteristic of MMBC were analyzed for axillary lymph node metastasis.Her-2 positive(P=0.037)and high histological grade(P=0.028)were associated with MMBC axillary lymph node metastasis.ConclusionThe pathological characteristic of MBC are often characterized by earlier pathological stage,lower histological grade,less axillary lymph node metastasis,less ER negative,less PR negative,less high Ki-67 expression,andless Her-2 positive.Compared with MMBC patients,PMBC has a lower histological grade and a lower rate of axillary lymph node metastasis.MBC,PMBC and axillary lymph node metastasis rate were significantly lower than IDC-NOS patients,and MMBC axillary lymph node metastasis rate was similar to IDC-NOS patients.ER-negative,high Ki-67 expression,Her-2positive,high histological grade were associated with MBC axillary lymph node metastasis,ER-negative,high Ki-67 expression was associated with PMBC axillary lymph node metastasis,Her-2 positive,histological grade was high MMBC axillary lymph node metastasis related.
