Objective:To detective the short-term clinical efficacy of Posterior Cervical Unilateral Open-door Expansive Laminoplasty Rivet for Multi-Level Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy.Metheds:Retrospective analysis of January2011-March2013, the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, Posterior Cervical Unilateral Open-door Expansive Laminoplasty Rivet for Multi-Level Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy,total30cases,25were followed,14males and11females,aged45to67,with an average age of55years. All patients were followed up for12to36months,with an average follow-up of22.6months,all patients X-ray showed the presence of both cervical lordosis, digital x-ray power no obvious cervical instability, admission examination shows varying degrees limbs feeling, movement disorders, tendon hyperreflexia, pathological positive, all patients before surgery, underwent the Japanese Orthopaedic Association JOA (Japanese Orthopedic Association)score, cervical dysfunction index NDI(Neck Disability Index)and cervical curvature after surgery.Assess their postoperative recovery of neurological dysfunction, improving living and working conditions and cervical lordosis changing. Results:Treatment of Multi-Level Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy within Rivets,Postoperative patient movement, sensation, and pain good recovery,no significant postoperative complications,JOA. score increased from preoperative(7.48±0.53)to postoperative(12.84±0.85),NDI score from the preoperative(62.5±4.1)reduced postoperative(46.4±2.2),the incidence of axial symptoms3/25,cervical lordosis from preoperative(3.1±0.8)mm increased to postoperative(4.7±1.2)mm,during the follow-up after JOA,both compared to the former NDI score and cervical lordosis and surgery significantly statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The short-term clinical efficacy of Posterior Cervical Unilateral Open-door Expansive Laminoplasty Rivet for Multi-Level Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy is Satisfactory,But the long-term efficacy remains to be seen.
