Research posterior cervical laminoplasty single door open for a different perspective on the clinical effects of treatment of cervical disease, used to guide the clinical treatment of cervical disease reference. Research method:Analysis Review our hospital department in July2011-April2014period, cervical myelopathy in24patients in our hospital are administered cervical spine (posterior cervical) single door laminoplasty be treated and surgery after more than24months of follow-up, including13cases of male patients, female patients of11cases; aged41to78years old, two-stage nine cases (C2-C4); three stages (C2-C5)10cases, four stage5Example;Therefore, preoperative and postoperative cervical spine X-ray examination, including a detailed preoperative cervical CT, MRI, such as the neck, after a week of review cervical CT, then according to the different measurement technique cervical plate opening angle, the so patients divided into two groups, A group lamina opening angle>30°, group B lamina opening angle between15~30°, and detailed records of all patients with operative time, blood loss, the incidence of cervical nerve palsy5, postoperative neck axial symptoms, when the end of the follow-up of patients with neurological score (JOA), to calculate the rate of neurological improvement, careful observation and comparative analysis. Results:Test results comparing the two groups found that single door after door axial symptoms different angles, there was no significant difference in operative time and blood loss (P>0.05), cervical nerve root palsy incidence of group B A group representing there are certainly lower, but not statistically significant, the two groups preoperative and postoperative JOA scores changed significantly.
