Clinical Research Of TCM Syndromes Characteristics Before And After Chemotherapy In Patients With Advanced Colorectal Cancer

Objective:To investigate the patients before and after chemotherapy in advanced colorectal cancer distribution regularity of TCM syndromes before and after chemotherapy and rules of changes in Chinese medicine syndromes, for clinical Chinese medicine combined with advanced colon cancer before and during treatment and provide a theoretical basis.Methods:Source:January to20132012were hospitalized in December to accept the treatment of Western medicine and80patients with advanced colorectal cancer with XELOX chemotherapy patients in the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine autonomous Xinjiang and Xinjiang Tumor Hospital, male42cases, female38cases. Using prospective research method and questionnaire information acquisition technology, collect the patients before chemotherapy after chemotherapy of TCM syndrome information, all data aggregation, input computer, establish the database with Excel tables, data management, statistical analysis was performed using SPSS17.0software. According to the characteristics of clinical practice and TCM syndrome differentiation of syndromes, diagnosis, and summarized the common syndromes and changes before and after chemotherapy in advanced colorectal cancer. The paired statistical methods of chi square test, syndrome of patients before and after chemotherapy were compared, and screened the change syndrome may have clinical significance and statistical significance, apply the basic theory of TCM and TCM diagnosis knowledge, reveal the change before and after chemotherapy syndrome specific intervention in TCM, thus infer that the normal changes in traditional Chinese medicine the syndrome before and after chemotherapy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer.By Syndromes found significant number of documents have qi deficiency, yin deficiency (P<0.05).Results:According to the former advanced colorectal cancer chemotherapy, after the results of syndromes descriptive statistical analysis, before chemotherapy, after the main syndromes are:fatigue, nausea, vomiting, poor appetite, loose stools, sweat, thirst, abdominal distension, five upset hot, insomnia, numbness, pale tongue, pink tongue, red tongue, scalloped tongue, purple tongue (purple, dark purple), thin white coating, thin yellow tongue, greasy moss, yellow greasy moss, moss light peel, chord, thin, smooth, astringent, breakdown, slippery, fine and so on. After pairing the chi-square test, with significant differences in change were:fatigue strength after chemotherapy, nausea, vomiting, poor appetite, loose stools, numbness, scalloped tongue, pulse string, was fine other evidence before the candidate significantly increased compared with chemotherapy (P<0.05).Conclusion:1Patients with advanced colorectal cancer syndromes exhibit based mainly imaginary, false is mixed, mostly syndromes Qi deficiency, blood deficiency, yang deficiency syndromes, such as performance-based.2.
