The Clinical Observation Of Advanced Colorectal Cancer By Treated With Changai Zhuanyi Ⅰ Decoction Combined With FOLFIRI Chemotherapy

Objective The study was to prove that whether Changai Zhuanyi I Decoction combined with FOLFIRI chemotherapy has such role in enhancing the clinical effect,improving symptoms as well as relieving the toxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy.Method 36 cases of advanced colorectal cancer were chosen and randomly divided into two grops,18 cases of trail group were treated with Changai Zhuanyi I decoction and chemotherapy with FOLFIRI scheme,another 18 cases of control group were treated with chemotherapy with the same schemeonly.Compare the two groups in local tumor size,clinical symptom amelioration,quality of life(QOL) score,Karnofsky score,degree of side effects caused by chemotherapy and physical strength,and count out the difference in the upper aspects between the two groups.Result The two groups have no notable difference in objective curative effect.While in TCM syndrome efficiency,the two groups had significant different(P<0.05).In Karnofsky score,Clinical efficiency was 83.3%,while 38.9% in the control group,with significant difference in the two groups(P<0.05).Quality of life score was averagely added 1.83 score in the trail group while averagely decline 1.67 score in the control group,which had significant different.The two group had similarity in toxic and side effects,but the trail group had milder toxic and side effects than the control one in leukocyte and diarrhea with significant difference.Conclusion In the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer,Changai Zhuanyi I decoction proved it's function in enhancing the effect of chemotherapy,stabling the tumor,relieving the toxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy,ameliorating living quantity and prolonging the life span.
