Objective:review analysis the relation between61asthma patients’lung function that contains forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), forced expiratory volume percentage of predicted value (FEV1%), peak expiratory flow (PEF) and influencing factors with smoking history, use of inhaled corticosteroids (ICS), complications, hospitalization treatment. And analysis the situation of the above-mentioned influencing factors and traditional Chinese medicine dialectical after5years, through the comparison of indicators before and after5years is used to further understand the influence of related factors on the pulmonary function of patients with asthma. Method:513asthma patients are paid a return visit who were inpatient and outpatient before5years in TCM Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University Department of respiration.Because of traffic inconvenience, communication lost and the patient refused, finally61cases of patients with asthma were collected, the Patients are investigated by system inquiry and record the general condition of patients, medical history, smoking history, previous ICS inhalation, respiratory tract disease history, hospitalizations, predisposing factors, main clinical manifestations, traditional Chinese medicine dialectical type and pulmonary function test, and the results are used by the SPSS17.0statistical software for data analysis. Result:(1) Pulmonary function indexes (FEV1, FEV1%, PEF) in61cases of asthma patients before and after5years of are statistically significant, P<0.05;(2) In analysis of the related index of pulmonary function before and after5years in61cases of patients with asthma, the differences of smoking group asthma lung function index (FEV1, FEV1%, PEF) before and after5years and the differences of non smoking group are statistically significant, P<0.05;(3)The differences of the index of pulmonary function(FEVl, FEV1%, PEF) in patients with hospitalization due to asthma before and after5years and the differences of non-hospitalized patients are statistically significant, P<0.05;(4) The differences of asthma patients with complications lung function index of disease (FEVl, FEV1%, PEF) before and after5years and the differences of no complications are statistically significant, P<0.05;(5) In variable correlation between the difference of patients with asthma lung function (FEV1) before and after5years and each influencing factor(smoking history, hospitalization, complications and inhalation of ICS), FEV1difference and hospitalization (r=-0.69, P=0.000), complications (r=-0.332, P=0.024) are with correlation.(6) Pulmonary function indexes (FEV1, FEV1%, PEF) in difference of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical type No statistically significant, P<0.05;Conclusion:A correlation between smoking, hospitalization and complications were associated with decreased pulmonary function of patients with asthma. In patients’with asthma treatment process should be considered with the specific condition of comprehensive consideration. Not only need to regulate the drug use, long-term adherence, but also very necessary to establish awareness of self-protection.
