Purpose: Analysis of the clinical symptoms and pathogenesis of asthma patients,according to previous clinical data reports, the rational design of treatment programs andEfficacy of standard, the use of a scientific nature, feasibility and reproducibility ofobservations, using randomized controlled observationfalling gas and asthma acupuncture onpulmonary function of patients with bronchial asthma and the clinical efficacy.Method:120cases of patients with treatment area, according to the treatment sequencewere randomly divided into four groups namely lower gas Pingchuan group, Shaw Brothers’three hole five-pin group and the placebo acupuncture group,30cases of salbutamol sulphategroup to compare four groups of patientsbefore treatment, continuous treatment for7days,one week after the end of the treatment of lung function, symptoms and signs of change,application SPSS13.0software for Windows statistical software for statistical analysis.Result: Lower gas and asthma group total effective rate was93.33%,83.33%of the totaleffective rate of Shaw three points, five-pin group,80%of the total effective rate of thewestern medicine group, the placebo group, the total effective rate was43.33%, whichbe seen,lower gas and asthma group the best, followed by Shaw three points and five-pin group,followed by the western medicine group were better than the placebo group.Conclusion: Lower gas the antiasthmatic needle method can effectively alleviate theclinical symptoms of patients with asthma, significant improvement in the pulmonaryfunction of patients with asthma, the total effective rate higher than other groups, andcomfortable patient positioning, security, the doctor is simple, easily the majority of patientsreceivingworthy of the comprehensive promotion.
