Objective:To study the percutaneous target radiofrequency thermal coagulation combined wearing thong-style ozone injection (LDH) in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. To explore an effective, reasonable and effective method of treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in order to guide clinical work.Methods:From January2011to December90cases of LDH patients of our hospital, according to random number table method was divided into observation group and control group,45cases in each group. The control group given percutaneous of thermosetting targets, observation group based on the joint wearing thong-style ozone injection. Compare two groups of patients with VAS score, nearly far curative effect, adverse reaction and complications.Results:Two groups of72h after the treatment,1month after treatment, VAS score3months after treatment than before treatment were significantly lower (P<0.05); Two groups of72h after treatment of VAS score was no significant difference (P>0.05), the observation group after treatment of1month,3months after treatment, VAS scores were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). Observation group1month after treatment, the dykes in6months after treatment were significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Two groups of the adverse reactions in4cases, without serious complications such as nerve damage, infectious intervertebral disc infection.Conclusion: The percutaneous target radiofrequency thermal coagulation therapy is a safe and effective treatment method, the joint wearing thong-style ozone injection has the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion synergy, can effectively alleviate pain, improve curative effect, high safety, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
