Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of percutaneous puncture with ozone injection in treating lumbar disc herniation under Communication Terminal guidance.Methods: Selecting 118 patients (having 174 lumbar disc herniation cases) treated by percutaneous puncture with ozone injection under "safety triangle". Results: Following up and observing these cases for 12 months from January to December, and according to improved Macnab criteria, the result is as follows: 49 cases is excellent, 48 cases is good, 19 cases is common and 2cases is bad. The rate of excellent and good cases is82.21%.Conclusion: To treat lumbar disc herniation, mastering the indication of ozone strictly and operating carefully are necessary. This treatment with minor injury and high degree of safety is simple and effective. |
