The Clinical Observation Of Prolapsed Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type Treated In Duhuo Jisheng Decoction

ObjectiveUnder the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),combining with modern scientific statistical method, Using Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of prolapsed of lumbar intervertebral disc of liver and kidney deficiency type, observation on the clinical therapeutic effect, previous study on mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of prolapsed of lumbar intervertebral disc of liver and kidney deficiency type, and provided clinical theory.Methods60 cases who satisfied the diagnostic criteria of prolapsed of lumbar intervertebral disc of liver and kidney deficiency type are divided into the Duhuo Jisheng group and control group.30 cases in each group. The Period of treatment is three weeks. We compared the treatment effect of each groups on visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopedic Association Scores (JOA), TNF、IL-1 and security to conclude clinical effort on prolapsed of lumbar intervertebral disc of liver and kidney deficiency type. Results1. After 3 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of Duhuo Jisheng group Was 93.3%, control group was 86.7%. With the comparison of the effects between the two groups,the rank test showed that there were significant differences(P<0.05),indicating the therapeutic effects in the Duhuo Jisheng group were better than that control group. Total effective rate result is insignificant(P>0.05).2.The VAS score comparison has no significant differences between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05) but significant differences after treatment (P<0.05),and two groups of comparison before and after the treatment has significant differences(P<0.05).It indicates that Duhuo Jisheng group is more effective than control group in modifying VAS score.3.The JOA score comparison has no significant differences between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05) but significant differences after treatment (P<0.05),and two groups of comparison before and after the treatment has significant differences(P<0.05).It indicates that Duhuo Jisheng group is more effective than control group in modifying JOA score.4.The blood TNF、IL-1 comparison has no significant differences between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05) but significant differences after treatment (P<0.05),and two groups of comparison before and after the treatment has significant differences(P<0.05).It indicates that Duhuo Jisheng group is more effective than control group in modifying TNF、IL-1.5.There is no obvious adverse reactions or complications in the clinical treatment process in the two groups.Conclusion1.The total effective rate of the Duhuo Jisheng group was 94.16%.,obviously better than control group.2. Duhuo Jisheng group is better than control group, according to VAS and JOA,it is worthy of further-promotion.3. Duhuo Jisheng group is better than control group in declining blood TNF、IL-14,providing basis for pharmacology of Traditional Chinese Medicine.4.It found no obvious adverse reactions in the clinical treatment process in the two groups.
