| Objectives:By the clinical effects of brain regulating acupuncture method in early prevention of post stroke depression, whether the acupuncture therapy of brain regulating acupuncture method can decrease the disease incidence of post stroke depression will be investigated.Methods:Randomly divide the60cases of post stroke depression into two groups, namely the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group (30cases) will be treated by brain regulating acupuncture method apart from regular Chinese and Western Medicine treatment. Point selection:Dazhui, Benshen (both sides), Baihui acupoint, Xuanzhong (both sides), Shenmen (both sides). The control group (30cases) will be treated by regular Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment.Result:By Hamilton Depression Scale evaluation after treatment, the acupuncture treatment score of treatment group is obviously superior to that of control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment early prevention can remarkably decrease the rate of post stroke depression and reduce the severity of depression. |
