We observed the tic eategory, frequeney, intensity and the improvement of effect on life or behavior in both groups before and after the treatment according to the Yale global tic severity scale(YGTSS),and evaluate of the method of treatment of Children with TS.4weeks,8weeks and12weeks were the spots of evaluating the treatment.2.The empirical research:Established animal model of children TS by IDPN, to study the improvement of the behaviors in mice models.Results:1.The clinical research:The total curative effects:The cure rate achieves51.28%,compared with the first visit, there was a significant difference (P<0.01).Primary symptom improvements:Compared with the first visit,Dingchou decoction has significant curative effect in improving the tic category, frequency intensity and the improvement of effect on life or behavior(P<0.01),and the effect was the best when were cured12weeks.2.The empirical research:Compared with the model group, all the dingchou groups and the positive group had statistical significance in increasing stereotyped and motor behaviors and the number of independent activity(P<0.01),but there wao no statistical significance between the positive group and all the dingchou groups()(P>0.05).In addition, there was als no statistical significance among all the dingchou groups()(P>0.05)Conclusion:1.Dingchou decoction was an ideal traditional Chinese medicine preparation for TS.2.Dingchou Granule could dramatically increace stereotyped and motor behavior and the number of independent activity in mice models caused by IDPN (P<0.01).
