Objective:to use The Method of Kidney-Nourishing And Phlegm-Resolving combined with taie-35 treatment Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with the high testosterone hematic disease, provide more effective treatments.Methods:the patients with the inclusion criteria 63 patients were divided two groups, control group(taie-35 group)31 cases, Trial group(the Method of Kidney-Nourishing And Phlegm-Resolving combined with taie-35 group)32 cases, treating a period (3 months). Observed the clinical symptoms were, reproductive endocrine level and Type B ultrasonic integral before and after treatment.Results:1.①The total curative effect:after treatment,the total effective of trial group is 93.75%,control group is 67.74%, p<0.05, have differences significant.②Chinese medicine symptom:after treatment,the total effective of trial group is 96.88%,control group is 74.19%, p<0.05, have differences significant.2.clinical symptoms:①Before and after the treatment, menstrual abnormalities of trial group are significantly different, p<0.05. menstrual abnormalities of control group are significantly different, p<0.05. After the treatment, trial group have a better therapeutic relative control group, have differences significant, p<0.05.②Before and after the treatment. acne integral of trial group are significantly different, p<0.05. Acne integral of control group are significantly different, p<0.05. After the treatment, trial group have a better therapeutic relative control group, have differences significant, p<0.05.③Before and after the treatment, hirsutism integral of trial group are significantly different, p<0.05. Hirsutism integral of control group are significantly different, p<0.05. Type B ultrasonic integral of trial group are significantly different, p<0.05. Type B ultrasonic integral of control group are significantly different, p<0.05. After the treatment,the two group is similar, have no obvious difference, p>0.05Conclusion:1.Use the method of Kidney-Nourishing and Phlegm-Resolving combined with taie-35 treatment Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with the high testosterone is effective.it can obviously improve clinical symptoms. Use the method of Kidney-Nourish ing and Phlegm-Resolving combined with taie-35 is better than taie-35 alone on total curative effect, Chinese medicine symptom, menstrual abnormalities, acne and testosterone.
