| Purpose:Observe the change of the objective response,tumor markers(CEA, CA19-9)values,TCM syndrome integral,the quality of life and adverse reaction by the treatment of WeiAi-2-Prescription join XELOX to the gastric cancer patients.Objective and comprehensive the evaluation of its clinical efficacy and safety.In order to provide a better choice for the gastric cancer patients in improving their quality of life and prolonging their lifetime and so on.Methods:70gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into the experimental group34case(one of them fall of because he choose the treatment of another hospital),and the control group34case(one of them excluded due to he interrupt the medicine).The experimental group gives WeiAi-2-Prescription join XELOX,the control group just gives XELOX,21days is a period,continuous observation two cycles,the experimental group must take the traditional Chinese medicine for2months. Record and compare the objective response, TCM syndrome integral, the quality of life, tumor markers and safety of the two groups, and the obtained data were analyzed statistically.Results:The results show that the objective response of the experimental group and the control group has no significant difference(P>0.05);about the TCM syndrome integral, the experimental group7cases were significantly effective,24cases effective,3cases Invalid,and the control group,2cases were significantly effective,9cases effective,23cases Invalid,the test has statistical significance(P<0.01);the quality of life and physical condition of both groups can be significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01),and the experimental group better than the control group(P<0.01); After treatment,tumor markers(CEA,CA19-9)values were fall,but there has statistical significance(P<0.05);in terms of security, the number of cases of adverse reactions in the experimental group were less than the control group,but after testing, the two groups showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wei Ai-2-Prescription can improve the physical condition of the patientsby treating gastric cancer patients,relieve some of the clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,and reduce the CEA,CA19-9values.Compared with chemotherapy,the patients who give Chinese medicine treatment have a favorable tolerability and a little side-effect.Therefore, in treatment of patients with gastric cancer should focus on the combination of Chinese and Western medicine,to improve the quality of life,delay the postoperative recurrence and metastasis and prolong survival of the patients. |
