Research objective:(1)Clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of advanced gastric cancer with Advanced gastric cancer experience prescription 1.(2)Clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of advanced gastric cancer with Advanced gastric cancer experience prescription 1 combined with low-dose S-1.(3)Synergistic and attenuated effect of Advanced gastric cancer experience prescription1 of low dose s-1.Research methods:This study according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria included 60 people as the research object,randomly divided into treatment group and 20 cases of Chinese medicine group and support treatment group with 20 cases in each group.Treatment group:Add or subtract Advanced gastric cancer experience prescription1,1 doses per day,decocted water,2 times,half an hour after meal,d 1 ~ d 28;S-1 20/25 mg at a time,Bid,half hour after meals,d 1 to d 21,the rest of the 7 d,28 d for 1 courses,completed at least 2 courses,Complications occurred in time for symptomatic treatment.Chinese medicine group:Add or subtract Advanced gastric cancer experience prescription 1,1 doses per day,decocted water,2 times,half an hour after meal,d 1 to d28;Complications occurred in time for symptomatic treatment.Support treatment group:Only the best support for treatment.Efficacy evaluation in three groups completed at least 2 cycles of treatment: after the RECIST1.1 solid tumor response evaluation criteria,KPS score index;long-term efficacy analysis according to the follow-up results,mainly analyze survival time,progression free survival time,the results of long-term benefit.Establish a database and use SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:(1)The Chinese medicine group had higher efficiency than support treatment group,but failed to show significant difference(P>0.05);On the Treatment group efficiency,disease control rate was significantly higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and support treatment group,the three groups had significant difference(P<0.05);Good curative effect of Advanced gastric cancer experience prescription 1combined with low-dose S-1 treatment in elderly patients with advanced gastric carcinoma,confirmed the synergistic and attenuated effect of Advanced gastric cancer experience prescription 1 with low-dose S-1.(2)Treatment group and Chinese medicine group before and after treatment compared to patients with KPS scores,the two groups after treatment were significantly increased(P<0.05),Advanced gastric cancer experience prescription 1 combined with low-dose S-1 can improve the elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer patients KPS score;Support treatment group after treatment for KPS decreased(P>0.05),simple support treatment can't improve the elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer KPS score function.(3)With median overall survival and median progression free survival time of S-1 were higher than those in control group,Chinese medicine treatment support group significantly increased(P<0.05),Advanced gastric cancer experience prescription 1with low-dose S-1 can significantly prolong the survival time of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer,development time delay of advanced gastric cancer.(4)Treatment group the total incidence of toxicities was 18.57%;toxicity reaction is light,the most common is the blood system and digestive system reaction,as the basic grade,the incidence rate was 17.14%;III-IV only 1.43%.Advanced gastric cancer experience prescription 1 with low-dose S-1 capsule in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer patients with low toxicity,which can be accepted by the majority of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer patients.Conclusion:1.Advanced gastric cancer experience prescription 1 with low-dose S-1 capsule in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer patients with definite curative effect,low adverse reaction,can improve the quality of life of patients,can significantly prolong the survival time and time to progression disease in elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.2.Advanced gastric cancer experience prescription 1 with low-dose S-1 is effective in the treatment of advanced advanced gastric cancer.3.Advanced gastric cancer experience prescription 1 has good synergistic effect on patients with low-dose of S-1 for elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.
