The Clinical Research Of Replenishing Qi Resolving Stasis Detoxing Formula Combined With XELOX Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Advanced Middle-late Gastric Cancer

Objectives:This study aimed to observe the side of righting and gastric stasis in the clinical aspects of the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, and given this prescription treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients with clinical efficacy evaluation system to assess the safety of the prescription is further evidence of Chinese medicine therapytreatment in advanced gastric cancer has a unique advantage and irreplaceable advantages in advanced gastric cancer in the Western combination therapy to provide clinical reference and to lay a certain foundation for the specification of gastric cancer in Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation system.Methods:This study, March2011-March2012hospitalization at the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Jiangsu Province Tumor Hospital, confirmed the parallel cases of radical resection for advanced gastric cancer, a total of40cases. Will be divided into simple chemotherapy group and righting and gastric stasis square chemotherapy group, the observed clinical efficacy of the plus side of righting and gastric stasis treatment of advanced gastric cancer. The observed clinical data the input SPSS17.0software for statistical analysis, and given to the assessment, draw conclusions and then analysis.Result:The results of this study showing that the addition of TCM syndrome score of righting and gastric stasis square chemotherapy group, the statistics showed that the treatment group, the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome is effective for19cases and1case; chemotherapy alone group of TCMdesignate the efficacy effective in9cases,11cases. In this study, statistical analysis showed that the Canadian treatment group in terms of Chinese medicine symptom efficacy, quality of life scores than the control group (P<0.05). Objective tumor efficacy of tumor markers CEA, of serum CA199and the body of toxicity, the treatment group and control group difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Righting and gastric stasis side combined with XELOX chemotherapy in the clinical treatment of advanced gastric cancer can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, to improve the TCM symptoms and can reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy.
