| Objective:Observe the symptoms, physical status, tumor size, quality of life, tumor markers (CEA, CA199) value, immune function and toxicities of change who therapy of WeiAi-1-Prescription on joint for S-1, oxaliplatin chemotherapy to advanced gastric cancer patients. Observe preliminary evaluation of WeiAi-1-Prescription of clinical therapy for advanced gastric cancer status, in order to regulate the anticancer efficacy evaluation system to lay the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Using a randomized controlled method, randomly divide48cases of advanced gastric cancer patients into2groups,24cases each.Treatment group gives WeiAi-1-Prescription on joint for S-1, oxaliplatin chemotherapy, and control group gives only for S-1, oxaliplatin chemotherapy, and to21days for one cycle, observe two cycles. Compare of two groups of patients in the immunity, quality of life and TCM symptoms, objective efficacy, tumor markers, and other aspects of the case with all these data.Results:Comparison of the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, the comparison of quality of life, the comparison of physical status, after treatment the curative effect in treatment group is obviously higher than that of the control group treatment group (P<0.01). Comparison of curative effect of objective, the effect of CEA, CA199, and the comparative toxicities:the two groups are decreased compared with no significant differences (P>0.05). The CD3+, CD4+than before treatment are increased, but the difference is not significant (P>0.05); the treatment group control group CD8+reduced, but two groups have significant difference (P<0.001); the treatment group CD4+/CD8+after treatment has improved, compared with the control group there is significant difference (P<0.05); two groups of NKC activity are increased compared with the control group, and there is significant difference (P<.0005).Conclusion:WeiAi-1-Prescription on joint for S-1,oxaliplatin chemotherapy compared with the simple chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancers, in improving patients’ the immunity, quality of life and TCM symptoms, enhance cellular immunity has obvious advantage, in narrowing the tumor, decreasing CEA, CA199value, and reducing the side effects of chemotherapy has no obvious advantage. In patients with advanced gastric cancer treatment, should be under the guidance of the theory of using FuZheng anticancer traditional Chinese medicine, pay attention to traditional Chinese medicine and chemotherapy in the combined application, in order to maximize clinical efficacy, improve patients’living quality, prolong the survival time. |
