Intervention Research Of Tonifying-Kidney-and-Inducing Duresis Decocation On Urinary Catheter Indwelling Time After Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of tonifying kidney and inducing diuresis decocation on the catheterization time of the patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery and other related symptoms, explore the tonifying kidney and inducing diuresis decocation on promoting recovery of bladder function and physical fitness to improve the clinical curative effect, so as to provide new way of thinking for perioperative symptoms of gynaecology by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:60patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery were cllected between March in2013and March in2014from gynecological hospitalized patients of Jiangsu Province Hospita of TCM,and they were divided into the TCM treatment group (A group)30cases and controls group (group B)30cases.6hours after the suery,A group were gieven the tonifying kidney and inducing diuresis decocation,drink within6hours, and began after conventional taking12hours after the operation, A dose of daily, morning and evening each one points, each200ml, even served three days, after keeping catheter remoal of urine tube after6hours; Liquid diet, group B at postoperative6hours after the purge ordinary diet, regular keeping catheter remoal of urine tube after24hours, two groups of postoperative other normal processing the same. Record the first urination time, the residual urine after extubation and the first three days, and the symptoms score of lower backache and fatigue, then in postoperative1and3days to return a urine sample, the determination of two groups of routine urine and urine culture.Esults:1. clinical effect:①Postoperative urinating first time,A group was significantly shorter than group B (P<0.05).②3days after operation,the residual urine volume,A group was significantly less than group B(P<0.05).③After the first and three days,compared the routine urine and urine culture points, A group out better than group B(P<0.05).④After the first and three days, the improvement of the main symptom score and total symptom score,A group was significantly less than group B (P<0.05).2. Security analysis:the treatment group of30patients before and after treatment, blood, urine, stool routine,liver and kidney function,ECG routine examination showed no obvious abnormalities prompts used in this study no significant side effects and adverse reactions to the drug.Conclusion:①Tonifying kidney and inducing diuresis decocation can shorten the patient’s postoperative urethral catheterization time, reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection.②Tonifying kidney and inducing diuresis decocation can improve postoperative patients with languid, urinary irritation symptoms, abdominal bulge and other related symptoms.③Tonifying kidney and inducing diuresis decocation can promote the recovery of bladder function in patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery, promote patients postoperative recovery at an early date.
