Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided planar abdominal fascia block in the treatment of bladder irritation in perioperative urethral catheterization patients. Methods:Sixty patients(ASA?or?,age 18 ~ 60,45 ~ 80 kg)with lumbar posterior bone graft and internal fixation, whom were taken laparoscopic hepatectomy were randomly divided to two groups: the control group(group A),the observation group(group B),30 cases in each group.Bladder irritation(CRBD)was recorded in each group 1h after general anesthesia.Non-invasive mean blood pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)of each group at 1h(T1)after operation were recorded.Height, weight, age, gender and operation time of the two groups were recorded.Results::Compared with group A,the incidence of bladder irritation(CRBD)in group B1 h after surgery was significantly decreased(P < 0.05).Compared with T0,MAP and HR in group B at T1 than those in group A at T1 were significantly decreased(P <0.05).The general information, height, weight, age, gender, and operation time in two groups were no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided transverse abdominal fascia block can reduce the incidence of bladder irritation(CRBD),improve non-invasive blood pressure(NIBP)and heart rate in patients with perioperative catheterization 1h after general anesthesia, provide convenience for patients with catheterization, improve bladder irritation and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is suitable for promotion.
