| Objective:To observe the Huayufuyuan capsule on the intervention efficacy of brachial artery diastolic function in patients with metabolic syndrome, discussed its evidence effect relationship with blood stasis.Methods:Selected cases included in the standard, a total of61patients with the metabolic syndrome,20cases were randomly divided into control group, experimental group41cases, the experimental group according to syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine again divided into blood stasis group21cases, the group of20cases of blood stasis syndrome. Experimental group and control group to conventional western medicine treatment, the experimental group on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy combined with blood capsule, to recover all one period of treatment for12weeks. Compare two groups before and after treatment in patients with brachial artery FMD, NMD and TCM clinical syndrome integral, and the change of blood pressure, blood sugar, blood fat, waist, were analyzed. Comparison in the experimental group and the blood stasis syndrome of blood stasis syndrome two subgroups of patients before and after treatment the indicators.Results:Syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine to improve the experimental group total effectiveness92.7%, control group total effectiveness60%, comparing the two groups, experimental group curative effect is superior to the control group (P<0.05). Two groups of brachial artery FMD after treatment than before treatment significantly improved (P<0.05), but the experimental group improved significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05), brachial artery NMD no obvious improvement before and after the treatment (P>0.05); The experimental group patients with blood pressure, blood fat, waist circumference and other indicators of improvement is better than as group (P<0.05). Compare two subgroups in the experimental group, blood stasis group and brachial artery FMD improved significantly better than the blood stasis group (P<0.05), and brachial artery NMD did not see obvious difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Huayufuyuan capsule with conventional western medicine therapy intervention can significantly improve the brachial artery in patients with metabolic syndrome diastolic function and the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular complications in patients with MS is of great significance.2. Huayufuyuan capsule intervention to recover the curative effect of brachial artery diastolic function in patients with metabolic syndrome and blood stasis exists a certain correlation evidence effect, it also can improve the patients’ blood pressure, blood fat, waist circumference and other indicators and clinical symptoms, non-toxic side effects, and shows the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation and the advantage of overall adjustment, has clinical value. |
