The Intervention Effect Of Huayufuyuan Capsule On Urinary Albumin/creatinine And Serum Cystatin C Of Patients With Hypertension

Objective:To observe intervention effect in rinary albumin/creatinine and serum cystatin C Of patients with essential hypertension after using Huayufuyuan Capsule.Methods:Select the 18-79 year old patients with essential hypertension and meet the inclusion criteria were total of 60 cases,40 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 20 cases. Comparing the two groups were observed before and after treatment of urinary albumin/creatinine, serum cystatin C levels and TCM clinical symptom score changes. Syndrome according to the experimental group were divided into subgroups and non-blood stasis syndrome stasis syndrome subgroups, two subgroups were compared before and after treatment of urinary albumin/creatinine, serum cystatin C concentration changes. Disscuss the effection of using Huayufuyuan Capsule in preventing and controling of the efficacy of early renal damage in hypertension and the relationship with the blood stasis in TCM.Results:After treatment, the experimental group improved TCM total effective rate was 92.5% in the control group, the total effective rate was 65%, by chi-square test P<0.05, significant difference, indicating that the experimental group to improve the efficacy of TCM excellent In the control group. After treatment, urinary albumin/creatinine, serum cystatin C levels than before treatment were significantly lower, by t test, with statistical significance (P<0.01). Between the two groups after treatment, urinary albumin/creatinine, serum cystatin C level was lower, there were significant differences (P<0.01). That the experimental group to improve the urinary albumin/creatinine, serum cystatin C level was significantly better than the control group. BSS sub-group after treatment of urinary albumin/creatinine levels and lower sub-group of non-blood stasis syndrome, the difference was statistically significant t test (P<0.05), blood stasis is better than non-blood stasis syndrome subgroup subgroup. (2)Huayufuyuan Capsule combined antihypertensive treatment more effective medicine to reduce blood pressure in patients with urinary albumin and serum cystatin C levels, thus helping protect the renal function, prevent and improve early renal damage, sustained disease control the progress of renal damage effect.(3)The applications of Huayufuyuan Capsule in hypertensive patients with blood stasis improve urinary albumin does a better effect, this card effect relationship demonstrated the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation and advantage.(4)The applications of Huayufuyuan Capsule hypertensive in renal damage is safe and effective, it is worth to promote the use of clinical early.
