The Clinical Research On Using HuaYuFuYuan Capsule To Treat Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage In The Early Stage

Objective:The influence of HuaYuFuYuan Capsule in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the early stage is observed, such as hematoma absorption, extinction of edema, recovery of neurological function and plasma levels of vWF. Further, to evaluate the security and curative effect of using HuaYuFuYuan Capsule to treat hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the early stage.Methods:The 41 cases of eligible patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage are randomly assigned into two groups, the number of one group is 20 while the other is 21. The control group uses the conventional conservative treatment of internal medicine while the test group, besides the conventional conservative treatment of internal medicine, uses HuaYuFuYuan Capsule. The course of both groups is 28 days.Results:①The curative effect of the test group outperforms the control group (P<0.05).②After the treatment, neurological functional deficit scale of both group decreased (P<0.05); After 14 days of the treatment, there is no significant difference in the neurological functional deficit scale between two groups (P>0.05); And after 28 days of the treatment, the test group outperforms the control group to decrease the neurological functional deficit scale (P<0.05).③After the treatment of 14 days and treatment 28 days, hematoma volume and maximum level edema area are obviously reduced (P<0.05), and the test group is better than the control group (P<0.05).④After the treatment, the plasma levels of vWF of both groups are significantly improved (P<0.05), and the test group is better than the control group (P<0.05).⑤In the control group, there is no obvious difference in the curative effect of each syndrome (P>0.05).⑥re and post treatment, the blood routine, functions of liver and kidney and coagulation indexes of the patients have no significant change(P>0.05). during the treatment period,urine routine, stool routine and ekectrocar diogram electrocardiograph of the patients don't become abnormal,and some abnormal indexes converte to normal.⑦Two patients of the test group appear drug scented with mild nausea, accounting for 9.52%; the control group don't appear markedly adverse reactions (P>0.05).Conclusions:①Using HuaYuFuYuan Capsule to treat hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the early stage can effectively promote the hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients absorption, cerebral edema mitigation and recovery of nerve function, outperforming conventional Western medicine simply use conservative treatment options.②By using HuaYuFuYuan Capsule to treat hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the early stage,there is no significant difference in the curative effect of five syndromes,such as wind phlegm exuberance syndrome, wind fire rise syndrome, phlegm heat and fu organ excess syndrome, combined the phlegm and the blood stasis syndrome and qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.③The plasma levels of vWF of the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage are significantly improved, suggesting that using HuaYuFuYuan Capsule in the early stage can improve vascular endothelial function and hypercoagulability of the patients and prevent the secondary thrombosis.④Using HuaYuFuYuan Capsule in the early stage is safe and reliable, and it is worth for clinical application.
