The Intervention Effect Of Huayufuyuan Capsule On Serum NO,ET-1and VWF Of Patients With Metabolic Syndrome

Objective:To observe intervention effect and security in serum nitric oxide (NO), endothelin-1(ET-1), von willebrand factor (vWF) of patients with metabolic syndrome (MS) after using Huayufuyuan Capsule.Methods:Select the age of the metabolic syndrome between the ages of18-80and a total of60cases of patients met the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into a treatment group of40patients in the control group of20patients. The control group was given comprehensive treatment and conventional western medicine,while treatment group was given Huayufuyuan Capsule besides treatments of control group. Observe before and after treatment NO, ET-1, vWF, waist circumference, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting glucose, triglycerides and TCM clinical symptom scores change.Syndrome according to the treatment group were divided into subgroups of stasis syndrome and non-stasis syndrome, two subgroups were compared before and after, NO, ET-1and vWF.Discuss the efficacy of using Huayufuyuan Capsule in protecting endothelial cells of patients with metabolic syndrome,and the relationship with the stasis syndrome.Results:After treatment,NO,ET-1and vWF showed significant improvement in treatment group(P<0.01). NO and ET-1showed no significant difference in control group,while vWF improved significantly(P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the improvement of the treatment group of vWF is better (P<0.05). Symptom scores were significantly improved in both groups after treatment of (P<0.01), the treatment group improved better (P<0.05).36cases were effective,4cases were invalid in treatment group on TCM syndromes, an effective rate of90%.13cases were effective,7cases were invalid in the control group, an effective rate of65%. The effective rate of treatment group exceeds the control group (P<0.05). Compare waist circumference, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting glucose, triglycerides and high-density lipoprotein of both groups before and after treatment, P<0.01.Compared with the control group, waist circumference, glucose, triglycerides of treatment group improved the situation better (P<0.05), while systolic diastolic blood pressure and high-density lipoprotein does not exceed the control group (P>0.05).After treatment, NO, vWF, and ET-1were improved significantly in each blood stasis and non-blood stasis syndrome of treatment group (P<0.01); the stasis syndrome improve better compared to the non-blood stasis syndrome(P<0.05).There is no significant difference in Liver and kidney function before and after the test (P>0.05).Blood,urine,stool routine,and ECG show no abnormal changes. No adverse effects were found in the test process. Conclusion:1.Huayufuyuan Capsule combined with western medicine treatment intervention can increase serum NO, decrease ET-1, vWF,improve the patients’ clinical syndrome in patients with metabolic syndrome and shows no significant adverse reactions.This suggests Huayufuyuan Capsule can protect endothelial function from damage, prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications,and is worthy of clinical application.2. The protection role of endothelial function of Huayufuyuan Capsule in patients with metabolic syndrome and clinical blood stasis exist card effect relationship,and shows the characteristics of differential treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
