Clinical Research Of YiQi Huoxue Method Intervention In The Ankle-brachial Index Of Elderly Diabetic Patients With Peripheral Artery Disease

Object：To evaluate the effect of the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue methodintervention in the ankle-brachial index（ABI）of elderly diabetic patients with peripheralartery disease，and explore its mechanism.Methods：61elderly type2diabetic patients with peripheral artery disease of QiDeficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome，were divided into two groups by means ofrandomized single blind method，the control group30cases were given diabetes basistreatment； While the treatment group31diabetes were given basis treatment andYiQiTongLuoTang.All of the groups were treated4weeks as a course，taken for3courses，we observed the changes of ABI、parameters of lower-limb arterial flow、fasting bloodglucose、postprandial2h blood glucose、glycosylated hemoglobin、blood lipids、bloodrheologic、fibrinogen、D-dimer、high-sensitivity c-reactive protein、endothelial four itemsand the variety of clinical symptoms and signs.Results：The compare of the gender、age、course of the disease and blood glucose、blood lipids、blood pressure before treatment were no significant differences（P>0.05），the two groups had comparability. The total effective rate of TCM clinical in the treatmentgroup was90.32%，the control group was76.67%，two groups have statistical significantdifferences（P <0.05），the treatment group was better than the control group. In terms ofimproving ABI、blood rheologic、fibrinogen、D-dimer、high-sensitivity c-reactive protein、endothelial four items，The treatment group was better than the control group（P＜0.01orP＜0.05）. And there had been no adverse reaetion in the course of treatment. Conclusion：The clinical observation shows that Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxuemethod can significantly improve the level of ABI of elderly diabetes patients withperipheral artery disease，improve the clinical symptoms，reduce the morbidity andamputation rate，alleviate the economic burden of patients，and enhance the quality of life，therefore this effective Chinese medicine has the good promotion and application value.
