| Aim： To analyze the clinical characteristics of colorectal cancer inNeijiang District from the year2003to2012.Methods: Collected the clinical data of1064patients with ColorectalCancer, who was confirmed by colonoscopy and pathology for the first time,from2003to2012.The detection rate, gender, onset age,damagedlocation,pathological type,Dukes stage were analized.Results： Totally11738patients received colonoscopy during theperiod，and1064patients were diagnosed as colorectal cancer. The overalldetection rate was9.1%. The average age diagnosed was61.59±13.70yearsold. Ratio of male to female was1.39:1. The proportion of colon cancerpatients has increased,that of rectal cancer decreased;The pathological typesare mostly moderately differentiated.Dukes stages were mostly B and C.Conclusion： In Neijiang District, the patients with CRC wasincreased. The average age was increased too. The proportion of rectalcancer decreased;The pathological types are mostly moderately differentiated.Dukes stages were mostlyB and C. |
